Project Description:

The existing property was dated with dark and divided spaces.  JDMA Architects design for the Caprock Cardiovascular Clinic grew from a close collaboration between the Owner and JDMA, that includes an addition and a rehaul of the original building into a light and open working space.  The improvements expand the clinic to 10,050 square feet - the reconfigured layout provides for an oversized waiting area, reception, open office areas, exam rooms, nurses stations, break room, storage and support spaces.

 

The interior space was opened to the outside through large windows that fill the open waiting area and perimeter office spaces with natural light.  Outside, the dark stain of the exposed wood trim and framing at the main entry compliments the crisp, light exterior walls.
