Graham Regional Medical Center - Addition and Renovation
Project Description:
The additions and renovations at Graham Regional Medical Center focus on transforming clinical spaces into welcoming, highly efficient environments that support both the patient experience and frontline care teams. The scope of work features a new outpatient addition and comprehensive interior updates, expanding the clinic's capacity to seamlessly care for the Young County community.
The layout emphasizes intuitive wayfinding for public orientation while creating a natural division between patient areas and clinical support spaces. Centralized workspaces were designed to help staff coordinate care smoothly and efficiently, keeping patient comfort and privacy at the forefront. By thoughtfully incorporating open concepts and expansive window assemblies, the design brings calming natural light deep into the facility to help ease the stress often associated with healthcare visits. Gentle, durable material palettes deliver a bright, modern aesthetic that promotes healing, assists daily workflows, and provides a lasting sense of well-being.
