Project Description:

The Eastland Memorial Hospital – Regional Healthcare Clinic is a new single-story healthcare facility that serves the needs and outreach for the community of Eastland, Texas.

The project included site improvements and development of patient and staff parking and covered entry.  JDMA worked with the City of Eastland to design a staff and patient centered clinic by maximizing natural light, fresh welcoming materials, generous waiting area, wayfinding for public orientation, centralized staff work areas and support spaces.  The building’s exterior material palette is a blend of masonry stone, EIFS, glass and exposed wood that fit within the community.  Natural light fills the bright and healthcare focused interiors through abundant windows and skylights creating warmth and a sense of well-being for patients and the community of Eastland.
