Project Description:

First Bank & Trust (Formerly AIM Bank) has expanded their presence in Littlefield with a new branch facility that replaces the original.  The building’s orientation on the site gives it a prominent position within the development.  The new 3,600 square foot facility includes walk-in and drive-thru banking as well as an ATM to serve the local and surrounding communities. 

The exterior finishes are a combination of brick, glass, painted EIFS along with a sloped metal panel roof system, design elements based on the corporate brand.  Extensive use of glass on both the exterior and interior provide bank employees good visibility while bringing natural daylight into the interior spaces.  This branch is designed to reinforce the bank’s focus on business and long term relationships.
