Scoggin-Dickey CDJR - New Automobile Dealership
Project Description:
This exciting project is the latest completed facility for Scoggin-Dickey. The new facility located along Highway 114 in Levelland, Texas is one of Chrysler’s first new image facilities in the area. Due to it’s proximity to the highway, the Chrysler arch has a significant presence to customers driving by.
Although JDMA started with a prototype facility layout, the dealer operator is a long time client of ours so we worked closely with his team on incorporating features that emphasize their operations. The building has a branded entry tower leading to the showroom area that is surrounded in glazing allowing the vehicles to be the focal point. The new dealership houses a sales, administration, customer lounge, parts warehouse, wash bay, a dedicated service reception, and six service bays with service drive-thru.
