Project Description:

Located near the bustling West End Shopping Center in Lubbock, this former retail building was acquired by an established broadband/cable company as the firms new Lubbock Headquarters.  The existing site configuration maintained the layout of the original tenant.

JDMA’s concept for the exterior of the building was to provide architectural finishes and forms designed for maximum impact; using the company’s graphic identity to rebrand the building as a sign that is visible from the surrounding development.  The interior solution offers complimentary components with a flexible layout that meet the owner's current needs but can also adjust to the changing requirements of this growing business.
